Do you go to bed at night with good intentions of starting your day off better tomorrow?
But then when the alarm goes off, you hit snooze again and again?
When you get up you’re in a rush and you’re grouchy because you’re late.
Then you yell at the kids and feel bad about that. You can’t find your car keys and that adds to your frustration.
Several blocks away from home you realize you left your mobile phone behind and have to turn around to get it, which makes you even later and more grouchy.
By the time you get to work, you’re late, exhausted, and have a bad attitude.
